CORI Form
To be in full compliance with the Bedford Public Schools' HR Department and the State, all CORI forms MUST BE SUBMITTED in person, with a valid picture ID, ONLY by the person whose name appears on the form. Forms will not be accepted via kid mail, email, or spouse, etc. The district requires parent volunteers to complete a new CORI each school year.
